1. Infrastructure & Liability
[1.1] Service Role: We provide a software layer for AWS infrastructure. We do not operate physical data centers.
[1.2] Cold Storage Delay: Retrieval from "Deep Archive" takes 12 to 48 hours. We are not liable for inconveniences caused by this delay.
Backup Warning:
The Service is not a sole fail-safe repository. Users are strictly encouraged to maintain independent backups of mission-critical data.
2. Content & Access
Direct Upload: Files are transmitted via Presigned URLs. We do not intercept or moderate content. You assume full legal responsibility for stored data.
Zero-Knowledge: We use client-side encryption. If you lose your Master Key/Password, we cannot recover your data. No master keys exist on our servers.
Privacy Protocol
We store only essential metadata (filenames, hashes, sizes) to manage your vault. File content is invisible to our processing nodes.
- > ENCRYPTION: TLS 1.3 IN TRANSIT
- > STORAGE: AWS SSE-S3 AT REST
- > LOGS: PURGED EVERY 90 DAYS
Glacier Mechanics
180-Day Commitment
Archives cannot be deleted earlier than 180 days from upload. Deletion is possible but may be "unmarked" until this threshold is met.
Hot-Tier Window
Restored files stay in the Hot Tier for 3 days. Extensions available (3 days x 5 times per month).
Storage Overhead Notice
- Deep Archive: +40Kb metadata per object.
- Glacier IR (Previews): 128Kb minimal file size billing.
Actual storage consumption may exceed raw file size due to AWS protocol requirements.
Billing & Debt
Request Formula: 1 Write Request is charged per 50 MB of data (rounded up). An archive + preview = 2 requests.
Subscription Debt: Upon cancellation, access is revoked. However, data maintenance fees (Debt) continue to accrue until the account is reactivated or liquidated.
Liquidation: Accounts inactive for 180 consecutive days will be purged. All data will be permanently deleted.
Traffic Rollover
Unused download traffic accumulates monthly but cannot exceed your total vault storage limit. Preview views consume this quota.
